The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has re-arrested former Managing Director of Intercontinental Bank, now Access Bank, Erastus Akingbola.
A statement by the EFCC on Monday said Akingbola was being held at its Lagos office in Ikoyi, Lagos State.
He is to be arraigned on Tuesday (today) before Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo of the Lagos High Court on “fresh charges of stealing.”
