Operatives of the Department of State Services on Monday night prevented controversial Senator Ben Murray-Bruce from having access to President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was said to have happened at the dinner the President hosted for members of the National Assembly at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The dinner was to mark the 2016 Democracy Day celebration.
According to Murray-Bruce in a tweet on Monday night: “I was at the Presidential Villa today, went to the president’s table. DSS wouldn’t allow me greet him, but let another senator greet him.”
