Conference Committee on Civil Society, Labour, Youths and Sports has recommended 50 years imprisonment for any judicial officer found guilty of corruption or abuse of office and loss of all official entitlements.
It also resolved anybody committed rape into life imprisonment with hard Labour in order to serve as deterrent for other people in the country.
The Committee which was chaired by Bola Ogunrinade said the Asian nations are able to fight corruption in their environment was result of draconian law in their constitution.
The Committee also recommended its report that the National Minimum wage, as currently provided for in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 should remain on the Exclusive Legislative list.
It also recommended that the contribution of employers should be increased to 15 percent and that of employee should remains at the 7.5 percent.
The Committee also recommended creation of a separate National Commission to take care of issues affecting persons living with disability.
