Omeruo alongside Gary Cahill, David Luiz, Pedro and Willian, Lucas Piazon, Andreas Christensen, Jake Clarke-Salter participated in the session.
Manager Antonio Conte took part in a gruelling opening session as they again look to set the pace during the upcoming season.
Chelsea starlet Ruben Loftus-Cheek was also among the Chelsea squad members who trained alongside their manager on Monday.
