The Corporate Affairs Commission says that in furtherance to its reform initiatives, it has reviewed its checklist and guidelines.
The organisation’s management on Friday in Abuja that it had also removed the requirement for proficiency certificate.
It said: “Under the new arrangement, members of the public do not have to submit proficiency certificate to the commission for registration of companies, business names and incorporated trustees.”
It noted that the commission remained committed to reviewing its processes to enhance service delivery.
