Some buildings inside the Abuja headquarters of African Independent Television were on Tuesday demolished by the Federal Capital Development Authority.
The station, located on Padoma Hill, Asokoro, had been having running issues with the FCDA for some years now.
However, the issues were believed to have been finally resolved last year before the bulldozers showed up on Tuesday morning.
Some buildings at the entrance of the television station and the fence that separated the station from some private buildings were demolished.
