President Muhammadu Buhari has requested the Senate to confirm Chidi Izuwah as Director- General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission.
The president in a letter dated October 19, urged the senate to expeditiously confirm the nominee.
The letter was read by the President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki, at plenary on Tuesday.
Similarly, the president asked the senate to confirm Kabir Nakura as Chairman of the Nigeria Bureau of Statistics.
This is contained in a letter dated October 24 and addressed to the President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki.
In the letter, Buhari also asked the senate to confirm Akinola Bashir – South-West, Prof. Moses Momoh – South-South and Wallijo Ahijoh – North-Central as members of the board.
Others are: Adamu Modu -North-East and Nwafo Chukwudi -South-East
