High life legend, Bright Chimezie, seems to have returned to the music scene after several years in the limbo.
Etisalat Nigeria during the week announced the popular Igbo born musician as one of the notable artistes that will perform on Saturday at the Etisalat Cloudnine Session in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
The Acting Chief Executive Officer of Etisalat Nigeria, Matthew Willsher, explained that the Etisalat Cloudnine platform was created as an avenue for the company’s customers to access exclusive music content, while also promoting home grown talent in the music industry.
Willsher added that Etisalat Cloudnine uses music to deepen customer engagement.
The platform was successfully launched in Lagos in August last year, with exhilarating live performances by Afro Juju legend, Sir Shina Peters, and breakthrough Afro pop sensation, Seyi Shay.
In December, the platform was extended to the Abuja audience, with a session that featured the legendary Sir Victor Uwaifo and rising star, Emma Nyra.
