A former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has unveiled the reason why the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, invited him to the Force Headquarters.
Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Culture and Tourism, revealed this in a WhatsApp message he sent to The Eagle Online.
The spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation for the 2015 election said he was invited over one of his essays in the media.
He wrote: “Left the Inspector General of Police’s office after a cordial interview.
“The Police were courteous and professional. I was invited because of my essay titled “Five Useful Idiots and The Spirit Of The Accursed Slave” which was about Fulani hegemony and terrorism together with other write-ups.
“No regrets.
“I will hit harder and write more.”
