A National Youth Service Corps member has been crushed by a train in Lagos, The Next Edition is reporting.
According to the online newspaper, the female corps members was crushed at about 12.10pm at Ikeja Along Bus Stop rail crossing.
She was said to have resisted attempts to stop her from dashing across the rail line as the train approached.
The newspaper said her legs and fingers were affected.
As at the time of filing its report, The Next Edition said the female youth corps member was yet to get attention.
She was said to be begging for help from passersby.
