A Supreme Court judge, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, has been arraigned before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Justice Ngwuta was arraigned by the Federal Government over allegations of fraud.
The case is being heard by Justice John Tsoho.
As at press time, Justice Tsoho had stepped the case down for two hours for the argument of the application for bail.
This was after Ngwuta had pleaded not guilty to the charges and his lawyer, Kanu Agabi (SAN), moved the application for his bail.
Justice Ngwuta was among the seven judges whose houses were raided and arrrested by operatives of the Department of State Services.
