The Senate on Tuesday scheduled the Petroleum Industrial Bill for consideration at plenary.
The Eagle Online learnt that the report was concluded last week Thursday after the shouting match among the lawmakers on Wednesday.
The report will be laid on the floor by the Chairman, Joint Committee on Petroleum (Downstream), Petroleum (Upstream) and Gas Resources.
The bill had been in the National Assembly for the past 10 years.
It was learnt that the Senate will submit the harmonised version of the bill for consideration and forward it to Presidency for assent.
