Brighton of England new signing, Leon Balogun, has been listed for action as the Super Eagles file out against Croatia this evening at the ongoing Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup.
The former Mainz 05 defender copped a knock in training ahead of today’s cracker in Kaliningrad.
Balogun will be joined the defender by William Troost-Ekong, Bryan Idowu and Abdullahi Shehu, while young goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho, kept his place in goal.
Nigeria’s midfield will be led by captain John Obi Mikel and feature Wilfried Ndidi, Oghenekaro Etebo and Alex Iwobi, while the duo of Odion Ighalo and Victor Moses will spearhead the attack.
The substitutes are Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Elderson Echiejile, Ahmed Musa, Simeon Nwankwo, Kelechi Iheanacho, Joel Obi, Daniel Akpeyi, Ogenyi Onazi, John Ogu, Chidozie Awaziem, Tyronne Ebuehi and Kenneth Omeruo.
The tie will kick off at 8pm Nigeria time.
