Senator Ovie Omo-Agege on Wednesday appeared at the Senate plenary.
Omo-Agege was suspended by the Senate for 90 legislative days.
But the Federal High Court in Abuja last week reversed his suspension.
Omo-Agege came in through Senate wing of National Assembly.
