The Supreme Court has upheld the elections of the Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi; the Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa; and the Yobe State Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Gaidam.
The court announced its position on the elections of the three governors on Tuesday.
It however, did not give the reasons why it upheld the elections.
It fixed February 15 to give the reasons for its decision.
While Ajimobi and Gaidam were elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, Okowa is of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The three of them had their elections challenged at the Supreme Court after the Court of Appeal upheld their emergence as governors.
