The abductor of 14-year-old Ese Oruru, Yunusa Dahiru, popularly known as Yellow, has been arraigned in court.
Dahiru was arraigned on Tuesday before the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, on a five-count charge.
The charges against Dahiru included abduction, illicit sex and unlawful canal knowledge of Oruru among others.
He abducted Oruru and took her from her home in Bayelsa State to Kano State in August last year.
Apart from being forcefully converted to Islam, Oruru is believed to be pregnant for Dahiru.
