The outward bound lane of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway from Berger in Lagos State is blocked following the crashing of a trailer bearing a container.
According to available information, the lone trailer accident occurred in the early hours of Friday, blocking the entire outward bound lane.
There has been no movement on the outward bound lane for over one hour as at press time.
The traffic had stretched from the Berger bridge, where the trailer fell, to the Old Toll Gate around 7Up as at press time.

This has led to some driving against traffic (one-way), thus impeding the Lagos inward bound lane.
As at press time, the logjam had not been sorted by the emergency responders at the scene.
