The Nigeria Labour Congress has declared a warning strike over the lingering new National Minimum Wage.
The call for the warning strike was contained in a circular released on Tuesday morning by the General Secretary of the NLC, Dr. Peter Ozo-Eson.
The strike, according to the circular, takes effect from midnight of September 26.
The strike, according to the NLC, is to press for the implementation of the new National Minimum Wage.
All Industrial Unions and all State Councils were advised to commence mobilisation immediately for an effective strike action nationwide.
