The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the arrest of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.
The order was issued on Wednesday by the Chairman of the CCT, Justice Danladi Umar.
This followed the failure of Onnoghen to appear before the tribunal for his trial over alleged fraud.
Umar ordered that Onnoghen should be brought to court on Friday.
