The Code of Conduct Tribunal has ordered the forfeiture of a property belonging to former Minister of Niger Delta, Elder Godsday Orubebe.
The former Minister has been standing trial before the tribunal over non-declaration of asset.

Umar said Orubebe failed to declare the asset and therefore it should be forfeited to the Federal Government having breached the code of conduct rules for public officers.
