President Muhammadu Buhari recorded a huge victory in Yobe State in Saturday’s presidential election.
Buhari, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, whipped the flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party for the poll, Atiku Abubakar.
While Buhari scored 497,914 votes, Abubakar recorded a dismal 50,763 votes.
The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, again announced a break in the announcement of the results as there was no other result ready.
Yakubu said the results from Ebonyi and Enugu States were airborne by the time the announcement of result resumed at 8pm.
He said going by the information available, the results should be in Abuja at the time of adjourning.
He said the announcement will resume at 10pm.
