President Muhammadu Buhari has joined Kool, an Indian microblogging platform.
The federal government last week alleged that Twitter was being used to undermine “Nigeria’s corporate existence” and suspended its operations in the country.
The suspension of the platform since last Friday forced some presidential aides and agencies to join Koo.
It was observed that the Personal Assistant to President Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad; Special Assistant on Digital and New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi and others had earlier joined the app.
President Buhari joined to Koo App on Friday evening with @muhammadubuhari and as at time of filing this report, his followers were just 660.
