The Court of Appeal has commenced the delivery of judgement in the Osun State governorship election dispute.
The Election Petition Tribunal had before now ruled in favour of Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party.
However, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, who was declared winner of the election by the Independent National Electoral Commission appealed the judgement of the Tribunal.
The election was held in September 2018.
As at press time, the lawyers for the parties to the dispute were announcing their appearance.
Dr. Ajibola Bashiru announced appearance for Oyetola, while N.O.O. Oke (SAN) stood in for Adeleke.
For the Independent National Electoral Commission, it was Adesina Agbede, while the APC is represented by Dr. Biodun Layomi.
