Bishop Emmanuel Obiorah, General overseer, Life of Faith Gospel Assembly, 3-3 Onitsha, Anambra State, has donated 60 cartons of hand sanitisers to the Anambra State Police Command as part of his social responsibility to support the police in the fight against the spread of COVID-19, which has become a global pandemic.
Responding on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, John Abang, the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Administration, Chris Owolabi, thanked the Bishop for remembering the police and also extended the appreciation of the Inspector-general of Police, Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, to him.
Owolabi assured the Bishop that the hand sanitisers would be judiciously distributed to all formations within the Command for use by all officers and men.
The Bishop was represented at the presentation by Dr. J.P.C. Anyadiegwu, Managing Director, Emos Best Industries Limited.
