Big Brother Naija Level Up edition gets more exciting with a new twist.
The housemates of Level 1 and Level 2 have been merged into one house starting from August 21 2022.
With the merger, MultiChoice Nigeria also announced the closure of the BB Extra Channel on both DStv and GOtv after the live eviction show that saw the exit of Kess and PharmSavi.
Speaking on the development, Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice Nigeria, stated: “This season has definitely proved to be one with a lot of twists.
“We started out with two houses and then introduced two riders and two fake housemates to stir things up.
“With the merging of both houses, viewers and fans of the show can expect to see much more from their favourite housemates on the dedicated DStv and GOtv channels as well as stream on Showmax.”
Additionally, the live Sunday eviction shows will now simulcast on the BBN channels (DStv Channel 198, GOtv Channel 29), Africa Magic Family and Urban, and stream on Showmax.
Tejumola further stated: “This is to reiterate our stand that the audience’s entertainment is paramount to us at MultiChoice.”
Fans and viewers can look forward to more exciting and interesting times in the seventh season of Big Brother Naija.
