The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arraigned Nasiru Yahaya Gusau before Justice M.B. Abubakar of Kano State High Court for criminal diversion of N64.8m belonging to Alhaji Musa Baba to personal use. Gusau’s arraignment followed a complaint by Alhaji Mustapha Askin Funtua to the EFCC that he gave the accused person money to supply him fertilizer but he neither supplied the commodity nor refunded the money.He sought the assistance of the EFCC to compel the accused to execute the contract or return his money.Funtua told the court that the money held by the accused person belonged to Musa Baba…
