Atletico Madrid have signed Granada striker Samu Omorodion.
Atletico have announced the signing of the 19-year-old striker who arrives after his €6 million buyout clause was triggered.
The Club said in a statement: “Samu Omorodion is already a new player for our club, with whom he has signed a contract for five seasons after having passed the relevant medical examination of the Vithas Invictum Sports Medicine Unit.

“A 19-year-old footballer, he plays in the forward position and is a physical portent with great coordination despite his 193 centimeters. He stands out for his explosiveness, he is very fast and with a goal. He took his first steps in the Seville FC quarry until in 2021 he headed for Granada.
“Born on May 4, 2004 in Melilla, he debuted in the highest category of Spanish football on Monday, August 14, at the LaLiga meeting that measured us at Granada CF in the Cívitas Metropolitano, where he was the author of both goals.
“In the past year, he scored 18 goals in Segunda RFEF with the Granada subsidiary, which were key to the promotion of his team, and his great performances made the Spanish Under-19 team notice him.
