The Armed Forces Command and Staff College is set to hold Exercise Ubiak-Isin between November 29 and December 9, 2017.
This was contained in a statement by its spokesperson, Major Charles Ekeocha.
According to the statement, the exercise will hold Labar, Dunki and Sabon Birni general area of Kaduna State.
Ekeocha said during the period, there will be massive movement of military personnel and equipment to and fro the area and sounds of explosives and gunshots.
In this wise, he advised the general public, especially people living around the exercise area, to remain calm and not panic on sighting movement of troops and equipment or hearing sound of explosives and small arms, adding: “While necessary preventive measures have been put in place for the general security and safety of the area, the general public is equally implored to keep off the vicinity of the exercise area during the period.”
