Another explosion rocks Kaduna, policeman killed

Another explosion today rocked Kaduna, Kaduna State.
A policeman, attached to the Police Bomb Disposal Unit, was killed in the explosion.

It was learnt that the explosion occured near the Kaduna Central Mosque, Angwa Serki.
The bomb was reportedly planted beneath the pedestrian bridge by the mosque, which is close to Arewa House.
Sources said the mosque was the one used by the late Sadauna and Premier of the Northern Region, Sir ahmadu Bello.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Kaduna State Police Command, Aminu Lawal, confirmed the explaosion and the death of the policeman.
