No fewer than three persons have been reported dead at one of the camps set up for persons displaced by flood in Delta State.
The three persons died at the Internally Displaced Persons camp at Cavergina Primary School, Warri, Delta State.
The incident reportedly occurred at about 7pm on Friday.
A cable of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria was said to have cut off and fell on four of the IDPs at the camp.
This was after sparks from the cable had fallen on them.
Three of them died on the spot, reports reaching The Eagle Online said.
