Veteran Yoruba actor, Chief Lere Paimo, better known as Eda Onile Ola, is now down with partial stroke.
This is having effect on some parts of his body.
The illness, we were told, has confined the Ibadan, Oyo State-based actor to the bed for months.
However, a fellow colleague, Toyin Adegbola, popularly called Ajoke Asewo To Re Mecca, is said to have been providing financial assistance and moral support to the Ogbomosho, Oyo State born movie icon.
Paimo, on Monday afternoon, spoke from his sick bed after three months of pains from the killer disease.
He said: “I thank God, I’m now getting better and I will soon be on my feet again.”
