The burial of a former Vice President of Nigeria, Vice Admiral Mike Akhigbe, has been fixed for November 23 in Fugar, Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo State.
The Head of the family and elder brother to the deceased, Chief Joseph Akhigbe-Alemoh, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Fugar on Sunday that the corpse was expected to arrive at Fugar on November 22.
Akhigbe-Alemoh said that Christian wake keep would be held that day, while the funeral Mass at the St. Theresa Catholic Church would be held the next day.
Aikhigbe died in New York, United States of America on October 28, 2013 at 67.
