The Federal High Court has dismissed the pre-election case instituted by Iyabode Anisulowo in Suit No. FUC/ABJ/CS/34/1019 against the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun.
The court delivered the verdict on Wednesday.
The Court upheld the submission of the lawyer to Abiodun, Abeeb Ajayi, that failure to undergo the National Youth Service Corps is not a disqualification factor under the Constitution of Nigeria and that plaintiff failed to prove that the Abiodun submitted a false claim to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
