Again, court postpones judgement on Ayade’s defection

A Federal high court sitting in  Abuja has again deferred judgment in a suit seeking the removal of Ben Ayade as Cross River governor.

Although the court had initially fixed March 25 to deliver judgment, the cause list on Friday showed that the case had been rescheduled to April 6.

But at the court session on Wednesday,  the presiding judge, Taiwo Taiwo again deferred the judgment till Thursday.
