The Iyalode of Gbaguraland, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Chief (Mrs.) Aduni Bankole, is not enjoying the best of health at the moment.
Bankole’s illness relapsed again almost two years after she was reportedly said to have been hit by heart attack.
Bankole was rushed to the Emergency Ward of the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos State some time in September 2011.
She was revived after being put under watch for several hours in the Intensive Care Unit of LASUTH.
The story became messy then that the highly celebrated wife of Ogun State Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Chief Alani Bankole, debunked the sickness news.
The step mother of ex-House of Representatives Speaker, Dimeji Bankole, stated that she was truly admitted at LASUTH for medical treatment but not heart attack as being spread by her detractors.
Information pieced together by The Eagle Online revealed that all is not well with Bankole, months after she relocated to her new magnificent mansion, which was commissioned by ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
Bankole, who is known for attending high profile parties, has since dumped her front row position on the Lagos social circle following her ill-health.
