Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has ruled out selling the club.
Despite his problems with the UK Government and his visa trouble, the Russian billionaire remains committed to the club.
Abramovich turned 53 years of age last week.
And Sport-Express said on the eve of his birthday, he declared that Chelsea was not for sale.
In England, it is claimed Abramovich recently rejected an offer from a Middle Eastern group to buy the club.
