The Special Strike Force established by the Commissioner, Lagos State Police Command, Hakeem Odumosu, to tackle the menace of cultism, gangsterism, traffic robbery, street violence and other social vices in Lagos State has arrested 24 suspects at Mosafejo, Oshodi.
The suspects were arrested at about 11am on December 5, 2019.
They are mostly members of Awawa boys and Eiye confraternity, a statement by the spokesman of the Command, Bala Elkana, said.
Elkana said they are responsible for series of traffic robberies and violent crimes within Oshodi and environs.
He said the suspects will soon be charged to court.
