The Federal Government is seeking the arrest of a former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke, over the now famous Malabu Oil deal.
The Federal Government made the request to a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja on the controversial oil deal.The case is being heard by Justice John Tsoho.
The request to arrest Adoke was brought by the counsel of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Johnson Ojogbane, on Monday.
It was made verbally.
Justice Tsoho, however, told Ojogbane to bring the request in writing.
He then adjourned the case to June 13.
