Popular Yoruba actress, Toyin Aimakhu, was excited on Sunday in Lagos meeting President Goodluck Jonathan.
Aimakhu declared she can die for Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party.
The Nollywood actress joined other celebrities such as Omoni Oboli and Sean Tizzle at a stakeholders meeting between the President and Nigerian youths who are supporting his re-election bid.
Aimakhu made the statement in Yoruba language, while campaigning for the President on stage.
The actress, from Edo State, but very popular among Yoruba movie lovers, however, got some of her fans upset.
One of them wrote: “I love Toyin but when ever you are in the public try to watch what you say. Never loose your pride for politician.”
Another simply wrote: “You want to die all because of money.”
