A panel of three judges led by Hon. Justice Dupe Atoki ordered the Nigerian government to pay Uluebeka and Bahago N10 million each as damages for the inhuman and degrading treatment they suffered in Kirikiri Prison, Lagos and Suleja Prison, Niger State respectively.

Atoki disclosed this in an interview with newsmen at the end of the 11th Judicial Retreat held in Goshen, Nasarawa State.

The Director General of the CPC, Dupe Atoki, said at a news conference in Lagos that a situation where airline operators treated passengers with impunity would no longer be tolerated
She said that the council would continue to ensure that all manufacturers and service providers adhered to international best practices
