The report of the Auditor General of Federation, Anthony Ayine, being considered by the Senate Committee on Public Accounts, chaired by Senator Mathew Urhoghide, indicted the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the mismanagement of the fund.
