The incumbent Chairman of the Plateau State chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade Jubril Bancir, has been reelected.
The Delegates Conference of the state chapter of the NLC ended on Thursday night with members elected to run the affairs of the chapter for a term of two years.
Banchir, who scored 765 votes, defeated his challenger, Eugene Manji, who polled 534 votes.
Other elected officials include Samson Mafuyai (Vice Chairman 1), Gunshin Yarling (Vice Chairman 2), Izang Francis Atsan (Treasurer), Yerima Solomon and Benedetta Alachewe (Auditors).
The post of ex-officials went to Panse Isaac and B. Birus.
