Nigerian defender, Kenneth Omeruo’s transfer value has been put at N208 million by the Sky Sports Scout, in association with world’s leading scouting resource, Wyscout.
The scouts in their reports believed that Omeruo catches the eye more than a host of Chelsea’s young players impressing out on loan.
Omeruo is currently enjoying a loan stint at Championship outfit Middlesbrough, where he has become a first-choice player under Aitor Karanka. The Boro boss was recommended the player by Jose Mourinho, with whom he worked at Real Madrid.
It took a few weeks for Omeruo to get his chance on Teesside, but he took it with both hands and has been outstanding for Boro in recent weeks.
His spell at the Riverside has actually given Omeruo his first taste of football in England, having never played for Chelsea.
Now on Teesside, Omeruo has shone with a string of outstanding defensive displays.
Omeruo whose transfer value was put at £8m (N208m) scored 56 out of 80 percent in his overall rating which includes shooting, vision, currently ability, passing tackling heading and pace .
The Brazil 2014 World Cup-bound youngster currently earns £500,000 at Chelsea.
