Owelle Rochas Okorocha remains the validly elected governor of Imo State, so rules the Supreme Court.
The court threw out the suit brought by Okorocha’s predecessor, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, seeking his declaration as the validly elected governor of Imo State based on the April 2011 election.
