A suspected middle-aged man has been electrocuted while attempting to steal diesel belonging to MTN at St Paul church in Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau state.
Residents were thrown into the state of confusion over the incident, pointing the fact that the area had no light in the past two weeks, wondering how the young man had been burnt beyond recognition.
Those who identified him by the remaining pieces of clothes he wore explained that young man was trying to enter through the naked wires to escape as NEPA restored powers leading to his electrocution.
He is alleged to have been caught on several occasion on robbery related offences including vandalizing of power installation.
The relations who are Tarok speaking natives described the incident as a black day. His family expressed shock over the increase number of youths involvement in criminal activities in the area.

She said he has been able to identified him through the attires he wore that very morning, stressing that unknown to him as he climb over the fence light was restore immediately .
The Police PPRO Emmanuel Abu confirmed the incident and advised the youths to engage themselves in productive business that can better their living.
He said, three of the youth went to MTN mass installation on criminal mission when the first person enter inside to begin cutting the wires but was electrocuted inside and the two boy flew away .
Abu called on the youths to pursue good job that can improve the well being rather than involving in criminal activities.
