The Presiding Bishop of God First Ministries Inc (Illumination Assembly), Dr. Isaac Idahosa, and his darling wife, Christie, will be rolling out the red carpets to celebrate 25 years of blissful marriage.
The high-octane event, which holds on April 30, is expected to begin with a special thanksgiving service that commences at 10am inside the expansive Lekki Light Centre branch of the wave making church strategically situated on Addo Road, Ajah, Lagos.
In a brief chat with DAYLIGHT.NG, the revered man of God, who is also an accomplished author and gospel musician, was full of appreciation to God for all the great things He has done in his life and that of his entire family.
He said: “Marriage is an institution ordained by God. And my darling wife, Christie and I have decided to celebrate our 25 years of being happily married in a special way. We thank God for the journey so far. We are always grateful to be alive to celebrate this milestone in our lives with family, loved ones and special friends.
“And to show how happy and joyous we are for clocking 25 years in our marriage despite the many challenges of life, we have decided to roll out the red carpets to celebrate this auspicious occasion because for all of us at the Illumination Assembly family, every day is a plus.”
Also ministering at the anniversary service that will be preceded by a sumptuous reception is the duo of Archbishop John Osa-Oni and Apostle Alex Nwami, from South Africa.
Interestingly, the forthcoming ceremony, which is already serenading Idahosa’s church, will be spiced up with soul lifting music from Praise Machine.
Amazingly, several Nollywood stars, captains of industry, top government functionaries, traditional rulers and members of the media are expected to grace the historic event.
