Former Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jubrin, on Thursday revealed why the former Minister of Petroleum, Diezani Alison-Madueke, consistently shunned and dared House of Representatives.
Jibrin recalled how Alison-Madueke met with a senior member of the body of Principal Officers in House of Representatives at the Residence of a Lebanese in Aso Drive, Abuja to collect bribe in order to protect her in the House of Representatives.
Jibrin, in a tweet on his Twitter handle, said: “Why did you think the House could not do anything to Diezani Allison-Madueke during the 7th Assembly when she shunned and dared the House?
“In due course I will narrate story of how she met a senior member of the body of Principal Officers of the 7th Assembly in the Aso drive residence of a Lebanese business man, the deal that was struck and allegations of bribes and its negative consequences on the House.”
