Defending champions, Enyimba FC of Aba, Dolphins and Giwa FC are all through to the semi finals of this year’s Federation Cup after beating their opponents on Wednesday.

Giwa FC of Jos sailed into their first-ever Federation Cup last four courtesy a hard-earned 5-4 penalty shootout win over Crown FC of Ogbomosho in Nnewi, Prime FC of Oshogbo sends their Gateway FC counterparts packing on 4-3 penalties after the regulation time ended barren.
Unlike their city rivals, Dolphins FC secured their place in the semi finals with a 4-2 win over Lobi Stars at the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Enugu.
Kinglsey Sokari leads the chase for Enyimba when he connected Mfon Udoh’s pass and fired the first goal for the Aba Millionaires in the 25th minute of the tie.
Enyimba’s Cameroonian striker, Rafael Boumsong, compounded the Blue Angels woes with another goal in the 36th minute.
Udoh narrowly missed a chance to make it three for the Kadiri Ikhana-tutored side as veteran striker, Emeka Nwanna, who came on as a substitute for Enyimba, was sent off for a hard tackle on a Sharks player.
