Super Eagles’ Technical Adviser, Gernor Rohr, was left stranded at the Murtala Mohammad Airport for several hours on Monday.
According to the national team official twitter handle: @NGSuperEagles, the German coach and his long term assistants, Jean Lucs and Nabil, were delayed at the local wing of the airport.
“Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr and a handful of players, who have flight delays in Lagos are also expected to arrive in Uyo,” @NGSuperEagles tweeted.
It was not clear as at press time if the German eventually made the trip to Uyo.
Meanwhile, Dream Team VI goalkeeper, Emmanuel Daniel, Jamiu Alimi, Brown Ideye, Victor Osimhen, Imoh Ezekiel and Musa Mohammed were early birds in the Super Eagles camp in Uyo.
